Seventeen families live in a hostel, located at Artsakh 32, under conditions deprived of living. The shared toilet is also devoid of sanitary and hygienic conditions. Ten years ago this building, along with other buildings located on the depot territory, was transferred to the South Caucasus Railway Company. However, the latter has no obligations towards the residents. The Ministry of Transport and Communications discussed the problem with  "South Caucasus Railway" CJSC and invited residents to move to the building at Artsakh 42. However, they did not agree. According to one of the residents - Larisa Hakobyan - housing conditions are even worse. "These families cannot fit in these apartments. One toilet for both men and women. Without electricity, water, there is no ceiling, the floor is not repaired," she said. In these conditions, many children live, who not only do not have the conditions for playing games, but also they have acquired health problems inside the damp building. The residents repeatedly reported their problem to the relevant body and have not received a positive response yet. Details available in the video
