Yerevan also mourns (video)
From early morning, citizens leave flowers and toys in front of the Russian embassy in commemoration of the victims of a fire in the city of Kemerovo on March 25. At least 64 people were killed, and 41 of them were children. The list of missing people as a result of the fire was also published, with 38 names being mentioned. Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the case is a result of "criminal negligence." March 28 is a day of mourning in Russia.
