Snowfall in Berd, Noyemberyan and Dilijan

On January 24 in some regions, January 25-27 in the majority of the regions, and in the night of January 28 in Lori, Tavush, Syunik and Artsakh, precipitation is expected, ans also, wind intensification at 15-20 m / sec is expected in some places. Sotk-Karvachar highway and Vardenyants Pass are hardly passable. There is a snowstorm on the Getap-Martuni highway. There is snowfall in Berd, Noyemberyan and Dilijan cities of Tavush region. There is black ice on Sotk-Karvachar highway and Vardenyants Pass. We urge all drivers to travel only through the winter tires. According to information from the Georgian Interior Ministry's Emergency Situations Ministry and the North Ossetian Republic's Ministry of Emergency Situations, Stepantsminda-Lars highway is closed only for trucks. According to information received from the North Ossetian Crisis in the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations on January 25, at 09:00 am, there are 111 lorries stuck in the Russian side.
