Today, David Petrosyan made a statement on his Facebook page speaking about some issues in army. "First, let's talk about the phone. How does the army connect with the nation? This problem has not been settled yet, and this leads to other issues about the relations between the soldiers and spas or other soldiers. Another problem is vacations: Each soldier has a right to a ten-day vacation, and after five-day vacation. However, there are soldiers who do not get those five days. How do soldiers become sergeants, how is sergeant-officer relations regulated?" says David Petrosyan.
