70-year-old man subjected to violence by his son
Investigation is conducted in Ararat Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find circumstances of death of 70 year-old resident of Ararat region. On December 2, 2017 at about 11:00 the body of the resident of Ararat region, Petik Abrahamyan, born in 1947, with bodily injuries was found on the balcony of his house. The investigative-operative group left for the scene immediately. The scene was inspected and a forensic examination of the corpse was committed. According to preliminary data provided by the forensic experts, the death of the man resulted from myocardial heart attack. At the same time, data have been obtained that an elderly man was subjected to violence by his son several days ago. Necessary measures are being taken to ensure comprehensive and objective investigation of all circumstances of the case, the RA Investigative Committee reports.
