Parliament adopts RA bill on Military Service and Serviceman’s Status (video)
In the first reading the draft law on "Military Service and Servicemen's Status" was adopted in the National Assembly today. To remind, intensive debates on the draft law took place. Opposition forces believe that the new draft will not eliminate corruption in the field. The elimination of the academic procrastination will affect the fate of young scientists, and those who avoid serving in the army will continue to do it as the main reason of release is health problems.
