The disabled soldier does not get an apartment (video)
1998 Karen Kirakosyan, a disabled soldier who fought in a first raw in Martakert, has an apartment problem. A video was posted in YouTube, where the fighter tells about his problem. Karen Kirakosyan, resident of Vardenik Village, born in 1978, wasa victim of mine explosion, and because of this lost his right hand, lost sight of the right eye, 97% of the vision of his left eye, multiple injuries in different parts of the body and got a contusion. Karen Kirakosyan has been waiting for 11 years for his turn to get an apartment. Now, the government does not want to give him an apartment by explaining that he was a soldier of the internal troops.
