“I want to come up to each citizen, shake him/her and say, “Go and cast your ballot for me in the elections scheduled for April 2, because I feel that I can change the situation in this country… because I know where the problems come and I know their solutions,” former Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian said in Artik, a town in Shirak marz (province) as he campaigned for the the ORO bloc. “I also want to say that we have gone a long way, we have passed through them and recorded success,” he added.
