According to the decision of the Government, AMD 1 million 318 thousand will be allocated from the Government’s reserve fund to the RA Ministry of Defense for carrying out treatment of serviceman Ruzvelt Torosyan, who received gunshot wound while carrying out his military duties, in the Russian Federation The professional committee, which was established according to the relevant decree of the RA Minister of Health, gave positive conclusion to the decision on carrying out Ruzvelt Torosyan’s treatment in Russia.
