Armenia, Russia FMs meet in Moscow, discuss bilateral ties
On January 19, Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov. During the meeting held in Moscow, the two men discussed a broad range of issues related to the Armenian-Russian allied relations and the process of implementation of the agreements reached between the leaders of the two countries. Edward Nalbandian and Sergey Lavrov also discussed preparations for the Armenian PM’s forthcoming official visit to Moscow. They also discussed issues related to the implementation of the agreements on the Karabakh issue reached at the Vienna and St. Petersburg summits. Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Russia later exchanged views on urgent regional and international issues.
