Vigen Sargsyan again presents "1000 Dram" Bill in parliament (video)
During the special sitting of the National Assembly initiated by the government, Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan presented [for the second reading debate] the draft packages on compensation of the damages caused to the servicemen's life or health during the defense of the Republic of Armenia. The draft proposes that each employed citizen of Armenia should transfer AMD 1000 from his monthly salary to a special fund for the army needs.
