The NA continues discussions on high-profile draft law on providing compensation to the servicemen affected during the defense of the RA or military operations, according to which each month 1000 drams will be charged from each employee. The Armenian National Congress (HAK) faction secretary Aram Manukyan poses a question to the Minister of Defense Vigen Sargsyan, “You say that it is a donation, but donations should be benevolent. There is an element of threatening in your mandatory step. Obligation operates in emergency situations. Have you tried to find those means in the budget?”
