Decrees by the RA Prime Minister According to the decree of the RA Prime Minister, Atom Janjughazyan has been appointed First Deputy Minister of Finance, being relieved of the position of Chief-Treasurer- Deputy Minister of Finance. According to another decree, Armen Gevorgyan has been relieved of the position of Deputy Minister of Finance according to his own application.
