Envelopes did not appear to have been opened - Armlur.am (video)
A recount of all ballots cast in the October 2 by-elections in Armenia’s Nor Hachn town (Kotayk marz) started on Tuesday morning, Armlur.am reports. Complaints have been filed against the results of the Sunday vote in three polling stations, where some of the commission members and proxies recorder violations and requested a recount of all ballots. After opening a a sack filled with marked ballots in one of the polling stations, the commission found that most of the sealed envelopes showed no indication of having been opened.
