Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree to appoint Alexan Harutyunyan First Deputy Head of Staff of the President’s Office. BY another presidential decree, Harutyunyan was relieved of his duties as Armenia’s Ambassador to Argentina, Uruguay, Peru and Chile.
