“Our police officers are schizophrenics; I have never been to Sari Tagh district,” Vahagn Ghumashyan said on Wednesday after coming out of prison. Ghumashyan was accused of organizing and participating in mass disturbances in Sari Tagh district in the evening of July 29. He was released today by a decision of the prosecutor supervising the proceedings, who said there was no need to keep Ghumashyan in custody.
