Chief of Armenian Government Staff-Minister Davit Harutyunyan today announced after the signing of an agreement between the five factions over the draft electoral code that the publication of the list of participants in elections is in violation of human rights but ‘the Armenian authorities have decided to do it.’ "This is a violation of the principles of the Venice Commission. Yet, we decided that the political outcome is more important than the violation and took this step,” Harutyunyan said.
