Constitutional reforms must be submitted before November 20
On September 9, the Specialized Commission on Constitutional Reforms convened its next sitting to discuss the package of constitutional amendments. Ashot Ghulyan, Chairman of the Specialized Commission on Constitutional Reforms, presents some observations related to the schedule of activities. Considering the changes in the deadline for submitting the constitutional reforms concept and proposals made by the Specialized Commission, November 20 has been set as deadline for submission of draft constitutional amendments by a decree of the Karabakh President.
