A delegation of the Armenian Ministry of Defense headed by Movses Hakobyan, Deputy Defense Minister, Chief of the Logistics Department at the Ministry of Defense, will participate in bilateral talks on military and technical cooperation between Armenian and Russia to be held in Moscow on 7-9 September.
