Ermenihaber: Majority of Turkish MPs in German Bundestag voted in favor of Armenian Genocide
At least seven of the eleven German MPs of Turkish origin voted for the resolution recognizing the Armenian genocide on June 2, Turkish website Yeniakit reports. MPs Gülistan Yüksel and Mahmut Özdemir did not participate in the vote. German Minister for Immigration, Refugees and Integration, Aydan Özoğuz, also supported the adoption of the resolution.
