Adversary leaves body of its Captain on the battlefield
The spokesperson for the Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan informs:
On April 6 and on the night of April 7 the adversary initiated sabotage-reconnaissance attempt in the north-eastern (Talish) direction of the Contact Line between the opposing forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan. The DA vanguard units timely detected the advancement of the hostile group and started well-organized defense.
As a result of the close fight adversary, leaving the body of Bayramov Vaqif Dilqəm (born in 1979), Azerbaijan’s Armed forces’ Captain, resident of the city of Navtalan on the battlefield, was thrown back.
The incident proves once again that the Azerbaijani side not only doesn’t regard the agreement over ceasing fire, but also tries to purposefully destabilize the already explosive situation through provocative actions.
