Mobile operators in Armenia announce AMD 5 roaming tariff for Artsakh calls
VivaCell-MTS announces that starting April 2, 2016, the tariffs of roaming in 374 97 network for incoming and outgoing calls of Armenian networks and local destinations are reduced to AMD 5 per minute. The same tariff applies to SMS messages in the same directions. The announced tariff will stay in force until further notice.
Similar announcements have been made by Ucom and Beeline for the same tariffs.
