Martakert under heavy shelling (video)
On April 3 the Azerbaijani armed forces fired more than 30 shells at the city of Martakert. Journalists of Civilnet Tatul Hakobyan and Hakob Manukyan witnessed the shelling. For security reasons yesterday the villages of Talish and Madaghis were evacuated. The residents of Martakert are in shelters. Video by Civilnet
