Woman detained along lines of armed gang case to be released on bail (video)
Short time ago Gagik Poghosyan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan Kentron and Nork Marash Administrative Districts, upheld the mediation of the advocates of Marine Katanyan, who had been detained along lines of Arthur Vardanyan’s armed gang case, to release her on bail. Marine Katanyan’s advocate Givi Hovhannisyan noted that the Judge had decided to apply 500.000 AMD as a bail. Marine Katanyan will be released, when her relatives pay the bail and present the coupon to the PI. The court hearing on the case of Marine Katanyan’s sister Asya Mkrtchyan will also be held today and is also connected with a release on bail.
