A1plus.am has talked to media expert Mesrop Harutyunyan in connection with the recent incident that involves Mher Sedrakyan, a lawmaker of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK). A group of journalists held a protest rally in front of the parliament building on February 23, calling for disciplinary action against Mher Sedrakyan. This came after the HHK lawmaker began to swear at journalists in the corridor of the National Assembly and called them a herd. Journalists are going to apply to the National Assembly’s ethics committee. Will the protests held by journalists have any impact on Sedrakyan and his party?
