Adversary initiated subversive penetration attempt: no losses
On January 25 and on the night of January 26 the adversary took provocative actions at the Line of Contact between the opposing forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan. During the abovementioned period the vanguard units of the Azerbaijani army fired about 600 rounds toward the Armenian position from weapons of different caliber including 60 mm and 82 mm mortars and HAN-17 grenade launcher. Besides the abovementioned, on January 26 at about 04:30 the adversary initiated border penetration attempt in the southern direction of the Line of Contact. The DA vanguard units timely spotted the advancement of the adversary’s subversive group and pushed them back to their positions. The Defense Army suffered no losses during the recorded skirmish. The DA vanguard units continue fully controlling the situation at the front line and confidently carrying out their military duty.
