Former Minister of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan neither refused nor confirmed the news that he had been offered the post of the Human Rights Defender. “Early termination of powers of the Human Rights Defender may happen only when not later than in 10 days after handing in a resignation to the National Assembly, the latter repeats the resignation. Consequently, I don’t consider it to be correct to discuss that topic today,” former Minister of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan told “A1+”.
