Subways also diffuicult to pass (video)
If someone tries to cross the street in inappropriate place, he will receive reprimand from a policeman and accusations from drivers, but it is simply impossible to pass using subway. One must be brave enough in order to overcome stairs. There was heavy snowfall at the beginning of 2016. Streets and sidewalks were difficult to pass. After seven days the situation is almost the same. People complaining of the work carried out by the Municipality try cleaning the neighborhood by themselves in order to refrain from possible bad consequences. Details on video
