The Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army says its forces repelled three incursion attempts by Azerbaijan along the Line of Contact on the night of December 17-18. The Defense Army says Azerbaijani forces incurred losses and were thrown back to their positions. According to the reliable information obtained by the Karabakh side, five Azerbaijani servicemen were killed during the engagements. Terrified by the Defense Army’s punitive measures, the enemy used armored vehicles (tanks) in the northeastern direction of the frontline at around 3.40pm. The Karabakh Defense Army says its troops confidently carry out their military duty and are ready to give crushing blow to any provocation provoked by Azerbaijan.
