“Whatever the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun says, it says for the sake of our people,” Armen Rustamyan, head of the ARF-D faction, said today. Speaking about the December 6 constitutional referendum and electoral irregularities, Mr Rustamyan said his party also fought against electoral fraud. “Do not pour out the anti-Dashnaktsutyun poison that is inside you,” he said.
