VivaCell-MTS informs that technical failures occurred on October 16 were eliminated as of 22:00. VivaCell technical failures created temporary difficulties for some subscribers. During the failure sound services were wholly available. Due to the necessary activities carried out by VivaCell-MTS rapid response team the problem was eliminated. VivaCell-MTS apologizes to its customers for all the inconveniences.
