Criminal case filed over serviceman's death
The Chief Military Investigation department of the RA Investigative Committee is investigating the death of contract serviceman Arman Yepremyan who was killed by Azerbaijan’s armed forces on June 26. At about 7 pm June 26, the enemy opened heavy fire at Armenian positions in Nakhichevan section of the border, near Gorayk settlement of Armenia’s Syunik province, killing private Arman Yepremyan, 28. The case was opened under Article 104 (Part 13, Point 2) of the Criminal Code - murder out of ethnic, racial or religious hatred or religious fanaticism, the IC Press Service reports.
