Unique form of protest on Mashtots Avenue

The intersection of Mashtots Avenue and Sayat-Nova Street was overcrowded at night. Citizens campaigning against the rise in electricity prices were walking along the street in groups, attracting everyone’s attention. Drivers welcomed the activists with signals. A driver was taken to a police station from French Square in Yerevan allegedly for exceeding speed limits.
