Serzh Sargsyan today had a phone conversation with TV host, People’s Artist of the Republic of Armenia Nara Shlepchyan, who is celebrating her 80^th birthday on February 23. Serzh Sargsyan also sent a congratulatory message to Nara Shlepchyan, which reads, in part: “The birth and progress of the Armenian television are linked to your name. Your pleasing image and attractive voice have accompanied several generations of Armenian TV viewers. I wish you health, happiness and all the best.”
