All farmers need loans but not all of them are able to pay them off especially when the weather conditions are unfavourable and the crop is poor.
Seyran Baghdasaryan is the most active gardener in his village. He cultivates about 5 hectares of land. The farmer says he has been spending more than earning in the last few years. The debt has been caused by the lack of water. The harvest dried out in the result, leaving the farmer without income. Details are available in the video.
