Call of Navara Parliament to the OSCE
Official announcement of Navara Parliament On November 3 Navara (sovereign community/region in Spain) Parliament Spokesman Council delivered an official announcement, by which Navara Parliament calls international society especially the OSCE Minsk group and European Union to take all the necessary, efficient steps for peaceful and democratic settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict. It is stated in the announcement that the authorities of Nagorno Karabakh must be a mandatory side of any format, which may play a crucial role in the future of the country and the devotion of Nagorno Karabakh people to democracy is welcomed in the announcement. Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), European Union, governments of Armenia and Azerbaijan and the President and the parliament of Nagorno Karabakh will be notified of the announcement by Navara Parliament.
