Court of Cassation upholds SCPEC decision: Great Valley violated competitions rules
The Court of Cassation of the Republic of Armenia today rejected the lawsuit filed by Great Valley Company against the State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition. At the same time the Court upheld the decision of the SCPEC. Great Valley was exposed to financial liability for violating competitions rules, the SCPEC Press Service reports. The founder and president of Great Valley is Tigran Arzakantsyan.
