Serzh Sargsyan congratulates Vladimir Spivakov
Serzh Sargsyan has congratulated the world-renowned Russian conductor and violinist Vladimir Spivakov on the occasion of his 70th birth anniversary. In his message, Mr Sargsyan wished the eminent violinist robust health, prosperity and harmony in his family. “Your art is loved and appreciated in our country, where you are not received as a guest, but as close friend who stood with our people at their most difficult moments. I would like to express my gratitude for your consistent assistance to talented Armenian children through the Spivakov Foundation,” reads the message. Spivakov currently serves as the Artistic Director and Principal Conductor of the National Philharmonic of Russia.
