Մանվել Գրիգորյանը կրկին կկալանավորվի։ Վերաքննիչ դատարանը՝ Արսեն Նիկողոսյանի նախագահությամբ բավարարեց Դատախազության ներկայացրած վերաքննիչ բողոքը՝ Առաջին ատյանի որոշման դեմ, որով Մանվել Գրիգորյանի խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոփոխվել էր 25 միլիոն դրամ գրավի դիմաց։
Դատարանի բակում հավաքվածները ողջունեցին այս որոշումը։
