Argentinean Armenian tennis player David Nalbandian has won Peugeot Argentina Tennis Cup after beating Marcos Baghdatis (Cyprus) by a score of 6:4, 6:4.
The tournament featured six tennis players who were later divided into two groups with David Nalbandian being included in the first group.
In the first game Nalbandian defeated Carlos Moyá of Spain and lost to Gaston Gaudio of Argentina in the second but he took the lead with additional indexes.
Remind that Buenos Aires was the first major test for Nalbandian after a long treatment. He had taken a course of rehabilitation after surgery on his hip in May 2009.
A week ago, David Nalbandian became the winner of an international tournament in San Juan.
