Roadways in Armenia open for traffic

All roadways in Armenia are mainly trafficable as of 09.30 a.m. March 4, with some sections remaining icy, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.

Selim mountain pass and the Berd-Chambarak highway are close for traffic while Ashotsk-Amasia, Maralik-Lanjik, Sotk-Karvatchar, Spitak-Tsilkar roads are difficult to pass.
Road cleaning continues across the country.

Georgian Interior Ministry's Emergencies Department reports that Stepantsminda-Lars highway is close for all vehicles.
