Two people were knifed in yesterday's brawl in Ishkanadzor village in the Republic of Nagorno-Karbakh.
Harutyun Hovakimyan, a resident of Khor Virap village of Armenia's Ararat marz (province), started a quarrel with Ashot Baghdasaryan and Edgar Poghosyan, passengers of a truck, for not giving way. The quarrel grew into a brawl during which Hovakimyan stabbed the two men. Following the knifing, he fled the scene in his car.
Ashot Baghdasaryan died on the way to hospital. Edgar Poghosyan is now in hospital.
Hovakimyan was detained near Goris and taken to the local police department.
Investigation is under way.
