Following its social policy, South Caucasus Railway CJSC provides consistent support to its employees.
Only in August-September 2012 benefits package of the Company was about 10 million drams. At the same time the assistance is provided in different spheres. For example, on the birth of a child in this period of time SCR has paid 28 employees 4,550,000 drams. On the therapy, the death of the employee or a family member the Company has paid 1.210.000 AMD, and in connection with the anniversary, wedding and the arrival of the child in the first class 180 employees received 4.200.000 AMD totally.
SCR intends to proceed with its socially-oriented policy that imposes on the Company more social responsibility in the spheres of healthcare, improvement of living and working conditions as well as young people support.
Recall that currently CJSC "SCR" is developing a modern comprehensive program of motivation, which will enable a more productive system of financial and material incentives.
