"Help Your Brother" civil initiative has problems sending its assistance to Syria. The purpose of the initiative is to send essential foodstuffs to Syrian Armenians.
"We were told that the situation is a bit complicated in the airport there. Negotiations are also being conducted with an insurance company, which has raised the cost," said member of the ARFD Youth Union's Central Board Vardan Vardanyan.
The young members of the party and the volunteers are carefully packaging the foodstuffs and put them in special boxes.
Several consignments will be transported to Syria.
A number of other NGOs, youth unions and various funds from Armenia and Artsakh have joined the initiative of ARFD.
