Judge Arshak Vardanyan continued today the court hearing of the criminal case against Samson Ghazaryan at the general jurisdiction court of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts. S. Ghazaryan is a former deputy of the Supreme Council, member of the “Karabakh” Committee.
Employee of the Ministry of Defense Avag Harutyunyan testified in the court for a second time. The witness said that the historian Hamlet Gevorgyan had told him that Samson Ghazaryan lent money to the victim Mekhak Gabrielyan. When Mekhak was going to repay the sum, Samson demanded a different sum.
In response to Samson Ghazaryan's question of whether he believes what Hamlet Gevorgyan had told him, the witness said that he has no grounds to mistrust him since he did not lend money to Mekhak. Nevertheless, the witness said that he does not know "the amount of interest".
