During the discussion of the 2011 budget implementation in the National Assembly, deputy of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Nikol Pashinyan asked the governor of Lori Marz (Province) Arthur Nalbandyan: "Are there any kickbacks in your marz? There has been some talk about kickbacks".
The governor assured him: "There is no such phenomena in our marz".
Nikol Pashinyan was angered by the report presented by the Kotayk marz governor Kovalenko Shahgaldyan. He urged those present to visit the website: region.am and get information about their regions from there. "Use online methods".
Nikol Pashinyan noted: "I express my thanks to Mr. Shahgaldyan who condescended to arrive, instead of submitting his report by Skype".
