The court hearing of the complaint of the Civilitas Foundation, which requested reviewing the the National Security Service (NSS) decision to open a criminal case on 25 May 2012, has been postponed until September 26, 3:30 pm.
Deputy Head of the NSS Investigation Department Armen Hambartsumyan and Prosecutor Hovsep Sargsyan did not appear in court.
By the way, during the open-door court hearing today, Judge Henrik Ter-Adamyan did allow any audio or video recordings. He did not like the way some television companies covered on September 5 the court hearing of the suit filed by Ciivilitas Head Vartan Oskanyan's representative. The same judge had chaired the mentioned hearing and dismissed the case, citing an unreasonable complaint.
According to Oskanyan's representativeTigran Atanesyan, the Court of Appeal did not respond to their arguments and they will appeal to the Court of Cassation.
