Neither Syrian Armenians nor the Syrian national airline know if the flights will be suspended after the passengers of a plane came under fire, as a result of which 4 Armenian passengers were killed and 10 injured.
The next flight to Aleppo was scheduled for Tuesday, September 18.
Despite the dangerous situation in Syria, Armenians continue to leave for Aleppo, putting their lives in danger.
"Perhaps they have important things to do there. They were told that the road is safe," Syrian Armenian Tigran Gaboyan told A1+. He has just talked to his relatives in Syria.
"Fear pervades the air. Violence is mounting," this is how he described the mental state of Syrian Armenians living under fire.
