The Council of Elders of Yerevan approved the draft decision on erecting a monument to the former head of Nor Nork administrative district David Petrosyan. The monument will be set up in the area adjacent to Yerevan Art School after H. Danielyan (17, Gayi Street). The decision was taken, taking into account proposals of residents of Nor Nork administrative district, in recognition of David Petrosyan's contribution to the development of that administrative district.
Fairs to be organized in established order
By a decision of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, fairs in the city of Yerevan on Saturdays, Sundays and the public holidays will be organized in the established order. The submitted draft is conditioned by the need to establish appropriate conditions for holding fairs in the city of Yerevan. The organizers will ensure all the conditions and facilities necessary for participators. The organization of agricultural fairs also aims to provide Yerevan residents with farm products and promote competition in farm produce trade.
