The Service for Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Acts(SCEJA) of the RA Ministry of Justice has removed the phony vodkas looking like the vodka produced by well-known Russian and Ukrainian companies and belonging to MP Samvel Alexanyan's Alex Grig company from the markets.
This is what Head of the SCEJA Mihran Poghosyan said during a press conference at the ministry today.
The State Commission on the Protection of Economic Competition had revealed the violations and had set a fine.
The SCEJA has also confiscated labels and the corks. According to Poghosyan, the SCEJA hasn't quashed the case since it isn't excluded that "production may start at any given time".
